Riyadh — Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) has invited its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 22 September 2026 to vote on a 33.33% capital increase.

The board of directors has recommended raising the company's capital from SAR 15 million to SAR 20 million to support its growth and financial position.

The increase will be achieved by capitalizing SAR 5 million from the retained earnings account.

Under the proposal, shareholders will receive one bonus share for every three shares owned. This will increase the total number of the company's ordinary shares from 15 million to 20 million, with the par value remaining at SAR 1.00 per share.

Eligibility for the bonus shares will be for shareholders registered at the close of trading on the day of the assembly meeting.

The assembly will also vote on several related-party transactions, including sales of goods and equipment valued at SAR 4,428 to Comprehensive Mazaya Business Services Company.

Additionally, shareholders will review proposed amendments to the company’s articles of association regarding its capital, business objectives, and the remuneration policy for board members and executive management.

On 18 August, Purity Tech inked a SAR 9.25 million contract with the Qassim Region Emirate for the provision of operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity support services.
